If you want to sign documents using the Signa Desktop and receive invoices for Signa signing services on behalf of a company or organization, you must register that company or organization to use Signa services. You can register at: https://signa.mitsoft.lt/mss-registration/en
When registering, you must indicate that you are registering a company or organization and provide the requested company information. The access key displayed at the end of the registration process corresponds to this registration. You must save this key and use it later when signing documents in the Signa Desktop. The access key you receive can be used by all employees of the company or organization; there is no need for each person to register separately.
If, even after registering a company or organization, invoices are issued to you personally as an individual, this means that you are also registered as an individual, and when signing, you are using an access key corresponding to your individual registration rather than the organization’s registration. In the Signa Desktop settings, change the access key and enter the key assigned to your organization.
